A New Decade

I started a new decade in life.

The 6th.

Interestingly, it’ll be the one in which I stop working, put two kids through college, maybe (MAYbe) pay off the house.

Can’t say for certain how it’ll really turn out.

Could all come crashing down.

Might be I got enough sleep last night, but it feels like it’ll be okay.

I certainly don’t recall thinking about what the 5th decade would look like when I’d just started that one.

But here I am.

Let’s blow out the candles.
