We Laid Off the Music Teacher

Don’t be fooled. We are doing very well.

But to buy a house, we have to put up everything.

And to keep it, we have to use everything we have at the end of the month.

That means no room for anything else.

No therapy.

No acupuncture.

No sailing lessons.

No vacations.

Not even music lessons.

So that’s what happened this weekend.

We said goodbye to the music teacher.

All so we can live in a house.

Seems crazy, doesn’t it?
